Management and its natural flow in every arena!

The rhythmic and systematic movement of the universe being a main structure and its sub-components both earthly and celestial indicate about a musical composition. There is nothing that moves out of its pre-determined and set orbit, if it happens it turns out to be a chaos that results into an unimaginable destruction.

There is a natural hierarchy created by the Great Lord that runs the course of this Universe and every tier in this hierarchy has been assigned specific roles and responsibilities. The human as the Supreme Being is in the driving seat on the earth and has been saddled with the responsibility to explore the avenues created by the Nature and make them beneficial for all. There is no other name that can be given to this holistic and cosmic ongoing process except THE MANAGEMENT.

The inference drawn from the above explanation is that the man or human has an innate quality of management. It was just later explored, improved and implemented in personal and professional lives. The concept of “know thyself” or “self-discovery” is to learn about physical and spiritual management of man. This opens a window of knowledge that is immense and never ending. It does not stop here. Intuition is a dimension that is strongly linked with self discovery. It is a potential source and fountain head of reflection, emotions, imagination, knowledge and finally management.

The management and its wide array of related components are taught and learnt in and outside the class room. Every aspect of management that we all learn has a strong bondage with man’s innate quality of management. It is eventually human mind that accepts an idea and puts it to practice. The human mind will only accept an idea if it is seated into logic and reason with positive intention and connotation, thus will lead to cosmos, harmony and rhythm and eventually management.

Any idea that comes to human mind with negative intention will lead to negative connotation and virtually mis-management or chaos. Whatever discussion, discourse or practice of management we talk about, it ultimately ends into innate human management.

In real world, whether it is in the corporate organizations, academic institutions, manufacturing plants or sensitive space laboratories, the management through principles, procedures, processes, ethics and values is ensured for effective and efficient running of the activities. The managers learn and practice management principles in their respective roles to achieve the pre-defined goals. But, there is always a gap between theory and practice. To bridge that gap, management again plays its role to ensure smooth run of the business.

To conclude, the human life, its small and big goals revolve around the management. The absence of management in any activity will lead to failure or fiasco. A food for thought — why management is there, is it because of mis-management or fear of mis-management that triggers human mind to think how to manage?
